It's Getting Hot

Weather's getting cooler here, but I'm starting to feel the heat ... from school that is. Yes it's still comparatively slacker than usual, but this time there's no denying that stress has started to creep in. I'm starting to think it's not slacker because of lesser workload here, but more because of my mentality towards work as an exchange student. I remember hearing from somewhere that you get like double the marks for half the effort on exchange. That to me now appears to be just a myth.

This week was very packed, assignment on Monday and Tuesday, presentation on Wednesday, pre-production preparations for filming on Thursday, and a major exam today. So, it's pretty obvious I didn't have time to study for the exam. And I probably messed it up big time. Went totally blank after doing 1 out of 6 questions, and now I really have to depend on the final essay paper. Concern now is I may not even have time to come up with a decent paper. About one month from exams, and I just realised the number of assignments in between. Oh dear ...

Filming for our project starts next week, and all of a sudden many people were roped in, and it's turning out to be something big. I started feeling a little tired after the hiccups and workload at the start of the week, but now I'm really excited. Once in a life time ...
