Just came back from a cruise. It was a cruise to no where, but apparently the service onboard the cruise was 'no where' either. First, we spent almost 2 hours at the dinner table, with at least one and a half hours waiting. And can you believe it, when you ask the waitress whats taking them so long, they reply you that 'we are just too busy'. I had to be a 'make shift' waiter to get water, and bread that we ordered since stepping in never came. Some people just left halfway, and almost every single customers' face were black and impatient. That was just one incident. Many followed, like horrible disembarkation system, horrible supper system etc. etc. which just caused us to wait, and wait, and wait. Just cannot believe that them, being on of the leading cruise liners in the region, actually provide such sub standard services. Thank goodness it was only a one night cruise. Could have just died in there waiting for things to happen. Anyway, that is perhaps my last time on the Libra. The Virgo is so much better.
Well, before going for the cruise, actually went to Sentosa for our arts camp outing. Eventhough I was only there for like 2 hours plus, I would say I enjoyed myself. Right from the start I was not really expecting many to turn up, as I realised that the date I had set actually clashed with quite a few holiday plans, but fortunately quite a few still turned up. Am just glad that things eventually turned out well, and dodgeball was really fun. A big thanks to those who turned up. You all were really really fun to be with.
As someone once told me, no matter what efforts you make, there will definitely be some who appreciate and cherish it, and some who do not appreciate it as much. But the important thing is to note that as long as there is one person who appreciates your efforts, the show will still go on.
The dates are drawing near ...
